Q: How long will it take to prepare the project?
A: The production cycle will be determined based on your customization requirements. Based on your customization requirements, we will provide you with a competitive quotation. After you review and confirm the quotation with no objections, we will proceed to schedule the sample production. Typically, the factory requires 5-7 business days for production scheduling, and once production begins, all manufacturing can be completed within 3 business days. Since the factory is located in a port city, finished products can be directly arranged for container loading and shipment, effectively saving logistics transit time.
Q: When can we expect to receive the samples?
A: According to your customization requirements, we will pre-produce the appropriate sizes. Please provide detailed recipient information (company/personal contact name, phone number, address, postal code, tax ID, etc.). We will prepare the samples within one week and ship them to you via FedEx.
Q: After the samples are approved, when will the final products be delivered?
A: After you receive the samples and confirm they meet your requirements, we will send you the Proforma Invoice (PI). Upon receipt of your deposit payment, if no production line scheduling is required, all products will be manufactured and packed within one week.
